Call for Proposals: New Visions in Theological Anthropology

New Visions in Theological Anthropology is a research initiative to help theologians think carefully about theological questions that use behavioral science as an authentic theological source alongside – not in competition with – scripture, tradition, and reason.

We offer Summer Workshops in June of each year in Scotland for participants to work on their own research project in: (1) Moral Theology & Evolutionary Biology, (2) Spiritual Formation & Developmental Psychology, (3) Ecclesiology & Cognitive Science. We also offer Course Development Grants to help fund new syllabi for any level of university teaching.

Ethicists are especially encouraged to apply because our focus on these three subdisciplinary pairings (we think) has so much potential for theological ethics / moral theology.
