Submission Deadline:

Event Dates:

The Societas Ethica will have its annual conference in Tutzing, Germany from 27-30 June, 2019. It will focus on “Digital Humanity – Ethical Analyses and Responses in an Age of Transformation.” As part of a reciprocal, pilot program started  in 2017 aimed at encouraging a more global exchange of ideas, members in good standing of the SCE are eligible to submit proposals to this conference without becoming members of Societas Ethica. Should this paper be selected for inclusion in the Societas Ethica program, the SCE member may register at the member level for the Societas Ethica conference (again without becoming a member), though of course they would be responsible for their own travel related expenses.

If you are interested in learning more about this society, the link to their website is https://www.societasethica.info/introduction/.  For more information about their upcoming conference and how to submit a proposal, see https://www.societasethica.info/call-for-papers-2/Proposals must be submitted by April 1st, 2019. Papers can be presented in the conference languages of English, German, or French.
