Program Committee
The Program Committee meets conjointly with the Executive Committee and has the same membership (Executive Director is ex officio), plus one SCE member residing in the vicinity of the meeting, appointed by the President. The Program Committee selects proposals and designs the program for the Annual Meeting, largely through a blind electronic ballot carried out before the Committee actually gathers in March. This selection process includes ten votes--seven Executive Committee members plus one vote from each Working Group and the sister societies of the Society of Jewish Ethics and the Society for the Study of Muslim Ethics.
